These terms describe the basic rules for accessing, using, and paying for Golf League Expert.
1. Service Overview
Golf League Expert provides software for running golf leagues, including league setup, player management, scheduling, scoring, standings, treasury tracking, and related commissioner tools.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that activity under your account complies with these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Golf League Expert to violate laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse player data, payment flows, or league records.
4. Billing and Trials
New leagues may start with a free trial. Paid access is offered either as a commissioner-paid annual league subscription or as individual annual player seat subscriptions. Checkout and transaction processing are handled through Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the posted Refund Policy, the checkout terms presented by Stripe, and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
6. Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and compatibility with every device or browser are not guaranteed.
7. Data and Content
You retain responsibility for the league data, player details, and content you enter into the platform. You confirm you have the right to upload and manage that information.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where continued service would create security, legal, or operational risk.
