How refund requests are handled.
Golf League Expert uses Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record, so subscription charges and refund requests run through Stripe’s billing system and applicable consumer-protection rules.
1. Trial period
Each new league starts with a free 14-day trial before paid access is required. No refund is needed for unused time during the trial because no charge has yet been collected.
2. Merchant of record
Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe acts as merchant of record. Stripe handles checkout, tax collection, transaction records, and formal refund processing for completed charges.
3. Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error or you need to request a refund, use the receipt or billing links from your Stripe purchase confirmation, or contact Golf League Expert support so we can help direct the request.
4. Governing standard
Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law, the checkout terms shown at purchase, and Stripe review. Where local consumer laws grant mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
5. Service access after refund
If a refund is approved, league or seat access associated with that subscription transaction may be removed, reduced, or not renewed.
