We collect the information needed to operate the service, such as account details, league settings, player rosters, score data, course information, and support communications.

We use collected information to provide the service, authenticate users, manage leagues, calculate standings and handicaps, send account or league emails, process support requests, and improve product reliability.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record. When a purchase is made, payment-related information is handled through Stripe and returned to Golf League Expert only as needed to confirm billing status and fulfill access.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data. Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain league history.
Your choices
You may request account updates or deletion, subject to any records that must be preserved for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, or payment-history reasons.
